Procurement -We source whatever products you require from multiple supply sources using our local knowledge, experience and expertise. We locate the best value for money (cost v quality)and then provide you with the details and digital photos with an indicative project budget and our recommendations on how it is best for you to proceed

Purchasing - We purchase the goods within the agreed requirements of your purchasing brief and budget. A full audit trail of documents & records are maintained for all purchases and are available for your inspection and review. All goods are then inspected to ensure strict compliance with purchasing and quality requirements before packaging and delivery to you in Australia.

Transport & Storage - All transport and storage is carried out by our own staff using our own facilities for safety and security reasons. All goods then remain under our direct control until delivered to our Shipping Agent for transport to you in Australia.

Shipping & Freight - All freight is carried out by our registered local shipping agent and delivered to port for you in Australia. All loads are fully Insured, provided with a Certificate of Origin from Thailand and fumigated with Methol Bromide to AQIS standards to expedite Customs clearance for you in Australia.

Outsourcing-Depending on individual project requirements a full range of high quality outsourced services are available to assist us if required. Our policy is to use our own resources first and only outsource if time or cost benefits apply to an individual project.

We provide you with a weekly email update on all current projects and also advise you when all major project and financial milestones are met. All projects are carried out on either a Fee for Service or Indicative Project Budget basis.

To commence a project we need your written instruction to proceed and confirmed transfer of your funds into our bank account.
